We love these handmade soaps. They are a throw back to a time when everything was handmade out of raw and natural products. We use these soaps everyday. The temptation is to take a bite out of them, but they work much better on your skin. Try them and we think you that will never want to use anything else. Our soaps are made by the traditional cold process method, using food grade materials and are 100% vegetable.  Raw ingredients are chemical free.  Any coloring comes from natural ingredients, nothing artificial.  They are eco-friendly, and most importantly, we do not engage in animal testing.  Family and friends test all new products.

 

Commercial soaps contain chemical additives, synthetic colors and fragrances, hardeners, solvents and animal fats.  They remain part of the soap, which can be absorbed through the skin, the body’s largest organ.

 

We make our soaps in small batches.  Handcrafted soap takes about a month from start to finish.  Ingredients are mixed at the correct temperature, poured into insulated molds for 36 hours.  When taken out of the molds, each bar is hand cut and placed on curing racks for three weeks.  During this process the soap becomes milder, excess moisture evaporates and the bars harden.  The process is very labor intensive, but very rewarding and enjoyable.
