1) Cathys Organic Superstore offer the best prices anywhere. Our standard prices are deeply discounted, but if one joins as an Organic Insider, their prices will equate to wholesale prices. The Organic Insider will pay just 14.5% over our product cost. When fixed operating costs are taken into consideration the Organic Insider is buying products at the cost of a wholesaler.
2) The O.I. can buy products for significantly less at our web site that they will cost at the original manufacturers’ web site.
3) Our intent is to provide outstanding, one on one customer service. Many internet sites do not even provide a contact phone number for questions. We encourage direct contact so we can counsel regarding the benefits of our various products.
4) Cathys Organic Superstore will provide real one stop shopping. Our goal is to carry the widest array of products and product categories, available on one site, anywhere on the internet. We encourage our Organic Insiders to request products that they would like to see on our site, and we will make best efforts to add those products to our offerings. Thus far we have added the product lines from every company that we have targeted.
What if I don’t join the Organic Insider program?
1) Cathys Organic Superstore will still have the competitive advantage of offering the widest array of products and terrific customer service. We will continue to monitor prices available and will strive to beat those prices. The combination of customer service, one stop shopping and prices that are very competitive should position our site as the site of choice even if one does not join the Organic Insider program.
How can you offer prices at this level?
1) Cathys Organic Superstore have arranged with many of our suppliers to direct ship to our customers. That eliminates shipping charges between our supplier and our warehouse and it eliminates the overhead of pre-buying large inventories of product. This reduces our cost and allows for the passing of those savings to our customers.
2) Cathys Organic Superstore want to be different. One of our goals is to become a different kind of company. We are attempting to provide the greatest value available on the internet.
Aren’t organics more expensive than non organic products?
1) Yes they are. It costs more to produce organics and really any green type product than its equivalent non organic product.
2) The Organic Insider program will change this dynamic. Our Organic Insiders, purchase organic products, at far less than their non organic counterparts.
How much can I save?

What if I want a product or product line that you do not carry?
1) Just tell us and we should be able to develop a relationship with that company. We have been able to establish business relationships with every company we have approached.
2) They only restriction we will put on this request is that the product must fall into our target focus of organic, natural and health/wellness.
Why should I spend $47.50 to join the program?
1) First of all you don’t have to join. You can still receive the benefits of our great customer service, and our extensive array of products for one stop shopping.
2) Our regular prices will be outstanding, compared with those found elsewhere.
3) If you believe in organic and natural products you can save thousands over the course of a year. That alone is enough reason to join.
How are my purchases delivered?
1) Cathys Organic Superstore have established what is called drop ship programs with many of our suppliers. That means that when you order a product we will have it delivered directly from that company to your front door. This method eliminates the shipment to our warehouse and the need to cover those costs. You may have deliveries from more than one supplier, but the ultimate effect is that you pay less for that product.
2) Delivery may be made by Fed X, UPS or USPS.
3) There are some companies that do not offer drop shipping and for those orders we will ship directly from our warehouse.
What is the most effective manner to purchase products?
1) There is no strategy for purchasing clothing, bedding etc.
2) The purchasing of products such as Cell-nique, Sequel products such as Vega, Herbal Answers or Genesis Today products such as Goji or Acai juices, should be purchased by the case. These products are typically used daily and a case makes sense both based on consumption and on savings. A good example is Cell-nique. It is a terrific product and is sold at Whole Foods for $5.00 per bottle or $60.00 per case. The Organic Insider savings is $23.00 per case. A case is just over a two week supply. We will consult as to the most effective method of purchase.
