Please call or e-mail for prior approval before returning any items. No returns accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, no refunds, credits or exchanges after thirty days.
Return Policy for Appliances (Juicers, Distillers, Dehydrators, Etc.):
Returns are only available for new, unused appliances in their orignal packaging.
DREAMSACKS: There are no returns for any reason for products from Dreamsacks. This is per Dreamsacks resale agreement. We may consider exchanges for unopened products.
Bedding: There are no returns for any opened bedding products due to hygeine and health issues.
Return Policy for All Other Products (Supplements, Superfoods, Etc.):
Any NON-PERISHABLE item may be returned unopened and unused for any reason within thirty days. Simply enclose a note with it to let us know how you would like your credit to be issued - immediately to your charge card, store credit, or exchange. Our return address is:

Returns credited back to a credit card will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Opened food products are not returnable. If you have a problem with any perishable food product, please call customer service at 877-893-6447. They will be happy to discuss your options with you.
