Please call or e-mail for prior approval before returning any items. No returns accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, no refunds, credits or exchanges after thirty days.
All returns are subject to the return policy from the Manufacturer of the product purchased. These policies vary and are subject to approval from the manufacturer and returns are to be coordinated and returned to the manufacturer.
ATMOS and Ecoloblue: There are no returns for any reason to Cathy's Organic superstore. Warranty and service must be coordinated between the customer and the manufacturer. If the unit is not making water because humidity levels are too low this is not a manufacturers defect and is not subject to return. Cathy's Organic Superstore provides no warranty or service and any service issues must be coordinated between the customer and the manufacturer.
